We run a full service real estate office for the entire Denver Metro Area and surrounding areas. We offer a full service REO division staffed with a qualified team of employees who manage billing, evictions, Cash for Keys, cleanouts, utilities, as well as other standard REO procedures. Billing

• We have a full service billing department so we can pay all outstanding water balances, HOA liens, sewer liens and recurring utilities, debris removals, lawn and snow removal, etc. so your company doesn’t have to front the expense.
• We submit all bills on time with only approved vendors who specialize in the REO industry and who do not charge a fee to provide a proposal for work.
• We understand that every bank has a different way of submitting invoices and we adapt easily to each companies procedures.
